Everyone wants to get a fit or healthy body but some people are a
back step from this topic they are guilty of wishing they could get a
sculpted body from eating junk food and watching you tube or TV all
day.But they are wrong that is just not going to happen.We all have to
take a forward step to get our body in shape and feel great.If you want
to start your journey to having a better body and feel great so follow
the following tips:
(1) Exercise daily
Exercise
daily for minimum one hour.Only running or jogging is not enough you
should have some sort of moderate physical activity in your day to day
life.If you wants to increase a few pounds fast do a higher level
intensity workout.For example:go on a walk for at least one hour then do
some exercises or you can join gym(optional). Make sure that you are
not in severe pain during your workout.If your muscles will ache after a
high intensity workout don't get worried it means your body is changing
for better.Always be sure to stay hydrated and take a diet with a
decent amount of protein after each workout.Protein will help your
muscles rebuilding.
(2) Take a right diet or meal
Keep
it in your mind that always stay away from sweets.Sugar from sweets
will not help you get in shape.Fruits and vegetables are the best thing
to eat for getting shape such as apple,green beans and green
vegetables.Also,stick to lean meals like chicken,sea foods such as
shrimp and tilapia.These foods are full of proteins and healthy
nutrients to help keep muscle fit and and ready for workout.
(3) Calories and food per day
Keeping
track of how many calories you eat in a day will be helpful in planning
out your physical exercises.You have to put out you meals and take in
more calories than the average person.
(4) Take a healthy sleep
It
is very important to get enough sleep to recharge the body batteries.At
least six to eight hours of sleep will keep the body going throughout
the day,but if you happen to feel tired at any point after home from
work.
(5) Be motivated
One
of the main important key to being in shape or get a fitness success
you have to set goals and keep always a positive mindset.If you stay
positive yo will be always able to push yourself to get the fit body you
have always wanted.
